One trick is to not swallow the dose as, if swallowed, absorption will be in the GI tract. Many patients, though, add their tincture to a cup of tea or cranberry juice for easy delivery. When tincture is used in a beverage, absorption will be slower than if absorbed under the tongue. While tincture absorbed in an empty stomach is accomplished in minutes. "Cannaoils" or "marijuana oils" are cooking oil based products that have been infused with cannabinoids. This is accomplished by performing an extraction of certain chemical constituents from the cannabis plant into the oil through various methods.

VGO ≈ VEGETABLE GLYCERIN OIL
One of Our Best Sellers - Although typically called Glycerin Tincture, VGO or Vegetable Glycerin Oil is not extracted using an alcohol based method therefore it contains no alcohol and is not a Tincture but an Canna-Oil. Vegetable glycerin is an effective method for extracting cannabis concentrates directly from the plant material and produces a tasty medication that is easily ingested directly orally, or mixed with drinks and food. Glycerin is a heavy, syrupy clear liquid sugar alcohol that has approximately 60% of the sweetness of sucrose, and about the same food value. It is however not actually a true sugar and is often used as a sugar substitute, as diabetics are often able to use it without experiencing the blood sugar rollercoaster they suffer with sucrose or other sugars. as with Canola oil, Glycerin Oil can be substituted in any recipe that calls for Cooking oil. its sweet taste lends itself well to any dish.

Canna-oil
